Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: These orders are prepared and released to our carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday through Friday) are generally handled the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, will be processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are sealed in insulated, cold-chain packaging and shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.

nesthaven currently ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European Union countries.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs handling fees assessed when the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority, and the recipient is responsible for paying them.
